- I did the live streaming workout. It was tough. I signed up for the free month. But want a little more. If at all possible can you have Jay do more chest specific programs. I understand the no weights and being 52, I don't need to be pounding the iron like the old Gold Gym days. But a little more chest would be appreciated. Please the workout made me into a wet towel.
