2. What is JCore?

JCore is a 40 Day complete home fitness and meal system designed to get you in the best shape of your life.

The JCore Accelerated Body Transformation system is based on the idea of RAPID MUSCLE RESPONSE Training. Rapid Muscle Response is designed to create strength and stability with targeted 30-second Result Blasts. That means, every 30 seconds you are seeing results!

3. What does The JCore Accelerated Body Transformation system consist of?

The JCore Accelerated Body Transformation system was created on the premise of “Simplicity”. It allows people to create healthy changes without changing their lifestyle. The System Synergistically blends the fat burning process and lean muscle building protocols into (5) rapid 20 Minute workouts and (1) Intro/ Fit Test DVD as follows:

Intro/ Fit Test:

This DVD introduces you to Jay and the 40-Day journey you will be taking with him. It teaches you some of the workout moves you will be doing and also includes a Fit Test to measure your results along the way.

Rev-Up:

This workout will “ignite” your mind and body with powerful moves that fluidly send your muscles into overdrive. Whether you start or finish your day with Rev Up, this workout is sure to kick start your metabolism, while building your lean muscle. 

Cardio Core 4x4:

Experience the workout that has built some of the best bodies in Hollywood. Cardio Core 4 x 4 was developed to provide busy, traveling celebrities the ability to train in a limited amount of space. This workout offers a unique blend of cardio and lean body sculpting that is all about challenging your muscles with targeted strength training from a variety of different angles, using varied tempos. 

Fire Fit:

Kick your body into high gear with Fire Fit! This 20-minute lean muscle-sculpting and fat-torching workout is a surefire way to turn on the heat. Fire Fit simultaneously incorporates upper and lower body strengthening through multi-angle muscle moves and plyometrics, which will set your confidence and calorie burn on fire! 

Hardcore

This targeted super-toning core routine blasts your mid-section from every angle. Hardcore does not place unwanted stress on your neck, or lower back region, as many traditional core routines do. The workout is simplistic in nature — yet intense — as it is designed for maximum calorie and fat burn.

5. What is Rapid Muscle Response?

The JCORE Accelerated Body Transformation System stimulates Rapid Muscle Response by forcing YOUR brain to fire more rapidly, to get your muscles to respond more rapidly and make adjustments to your body’s position. These responses are motivated by challenges such as standing on one leg while performing other exercises. 8. How do I start JCore?

S-L-O-W-L-Y. The most common exercise mistake is to attempt to become super-fit right away, after months, or possibly years, of inactivity. This usually leads to excessive soreness, frustration, dropping out, and possibly even injury.
If you are a regular exerciser, but new to the JCore system, use the modifications and then work up gradually. You can always increase next time, without excessive soreness.

9. When will I start to see results?

The time it takes to see results depends on several factors, including your current fitness level, consistency, diet and genetics.

The absolute fastest fitness results come from combining cardio and eating healthy meals. Results can generally be seen after 7 days of the JCore workouts if you commit to our challenging exercise program at least 4 times per week. The results can be increased if you follow the JCore meal plan which has been specifically designed for you.   Remember, results will always vary from person to person because of genetic factors such as metabolic rate and body type.

10. My clothes fit better, but my weight hasn’t changed. Why?

Because muscle takes up less space than fat! With the JCore system, you change your body composition by adding muscle and subtracting fat! Even as you lose fat and look slimmer and more toned, you may weigh the same. However, this is only temporary. In the meantime, throw out your scale and measure yourself to gauge your progress. Or, find that perfect pair of jeans you want to fit into, and try them on regularly – that’s even better motivation to keep working out!

11. How will I look when I get into shape?

The JCore system will first give you muscle tone. Although you may not have lost weight, you will look slimmer because muscle is denser -- takes up less room -- than fat. 12. How can I modify the exercises for my fitness level?

If you have any kind of current or previous injury, get your doctor’s permission before beginning or continuing the JCore system. Make sure you are using proper form for all the exercises. Don’t forget, Jay offers modifications for almost every exercise during the workout. You’ll find more information regarding proper form and modifications during the workouts as Jay explains them.

13. Will this workout hurt my knees?

This workout is designed to be low impact. We have feedback from users that the workout has helped their knees and they fell better then ever.

14. Does the meal plan work if your vegetarian? Would a vegan/vegetarian be able to use this program?

We have had several vegetarians on this Meal Plan and they had

great success.

15. What if I Scratched or lost one of the DVDs?

If you call customer service at 866-649-0144 they can help you replace the DVD.

16. When will my order ship?

It typically takes 24-48 hours to process an order and ship. Also an email will be sent to you with the order confirmation. Delivery could take 1-2 weeks depending on where you live. Product ships from the Northeast.

17. What equipment do I need?

None!

18. How much space will I need?

Only a 4 X 4 foot space.  A typical living room or even a hotel room!

19. How much time does it take?

Only 20 minutes, 4 days a week!  That’s a workout time of 8 hours TOTAL (while most programs require 8 hours for just one week), you can get the results you demand!

20. What will it do for me?

21. What if I want to train for high-performance sports or an endurance event?

Several JCore customers have participated in mud runs and short running races and felt incredibly stronger than in the past and attributed JCore with their race success.

22. What is the JCore 4 Period Meal Plan?

It's an easy-to-follow plan that's divided into four different periods.  You'll have a guidebook that tells you exactly what to eat in order to lose fat, gain lean muscle, and boost your energy, along with optional JCore Supplements and healthful and delicious recipes.  Remember, losing weight is approximately 80% diet!

23. How important is my diet?

Very. The JCore system improves your cardiovascular fitness, burns fat and tones your body in addition to a myriad of other positive health outcomes. To totally succeed with the JCore system you need to make wise choices about another controllable factor in your life: diet. The key to success is not an on-and-off diet. Instead, it’s important to make meal changes that will make you look and feel better.

Imagine that your body is a car that you need to fuel regularly so that it runs. Crucial to peak efficiency is the type of fuel you use. Instead of high-grade gasoline, you might save money and time by using low-grade kerosene. The car might run, but down the line, it will need substantial repairs. Gasoline is more expensive, but in the long run, your car "metabolizes" it more efficiently, runs smoother, requires less maintenance, and lasts longer. Your body is the same way!

This product does not contain any stimulants as we use a non-caffeinated green tea.

35. What is used to sweeten this product?

Sucralose and Natural Flavors.

36. What can I mix the Zero-Lite with?

Mix Zero-Lite in 12 to 16 oz of water.

37. When should I take this product?

Take this product throughout the day as there is not particular time which is advantageous.  Clinical dose is 3 servings per day.

38. Can I take more than what is directed?

For adults we recommend taking up to 3 servings per day.

39. How long will this product last?

If taken as directed, 3 servings per day, you will have a 30 day supply

For adults we recommend only taking (2) tablets per day.

All our nutritional supplements are designed for both men and women.

77. I can’t hear anything when I log onto the Live Streaming

Make sure your speakers are plugged in and the volume has been adjusted.

78. I'm already signed up for Live Streaming. How do I see Jay's Workout?

Log In with your email address and password.  This will take you to your account. 
On the left side of your screen, click on Live Streaming in RED. This will direct you
to the Live Stream Page where you will watch Workout Wednesdays With Jay.  If you
want to access the Live Stream Archive, click on the tab in RED to the right side of the screen.

79. I can't view the videos in the Live Streaming Archive section?

Sometimes web browsers automatically put "HTTPS" in the URL address. Please take a look at your URL address in the top of your web browser. If it has "HTTPS" then delete the "S" and it should be "HTTP"...obviously leave the rest of the address the same.

80. Why isn’t my USB Drive working?

Follow these easy steps.  Open the JCORE USB drive and click on PC Viewer (if you have
a PC) or Mac Viewer (if you have a Mac).  Go to FILE/OPEN to select the desired video.  Let the file
fully load in the Viewer before hitting PLAY/PAUSE/FAST FORWARD.  The video may take up to 60
seconds to load.  Remember, the Viewer will only play one JCORE program at a time.  The JCORE USB
is compatible with MAC OS X 10.6 – 10.8, Win XP, Vista, Win 7.  Make sure you have the newest
version of QuickTime Player installed on your computer.

81. How do I open a video on USB Drive:

Insert USB Drive into computer and open the drive. The drive will provide a folder for Mac Users and a folder for PC Users. Click appropriate folder. Next click “File” and then “Open” and a list of videos will be visible. Click the video choice. Please allow up to 60 seconds for video to load.

82. I lost my USB, can I get a new one?

The only way to get a new USB Drive is to order a new one from www.jcorebody.com or by calling our sales number.
