It’s the best thing since slice bread!!!  I love that its challenging and you see the results are real!! The program shows the right way to eat healthy and still be satisfied. I really appreciate the portion control  I am more than happy about my results!  My body hasn’t looked this good in years!! Alll my clothes are too big now!! Will need a new wardrobe. I think I will be able to achieve my goals by the end of this program! Tighter, stronger, increased stamina, strength and endurance.!!!

For the first since I can remember...i am a size 36 in pants!!!! that is probably my greatest accomplishment!! My girlfriend is just amazed at how much weight i lost! All my friends are!!

I love the JCore workout and has never sweated so much in a workout.  An hour scares me, 20 minutes, I can do. “ I feel like a rockstar.   I am really, really busy so I don't have a lot of time to fiddle with counting calories and figuring out what food I should or shouldn't have.  The meal plan's breakdown of proteins, carbs, fats makes it a no brainer.  On day 8, someone at work walked up to me and said, "I can totally tell you've lost weight."  I almost kissed him!

Overall, I am very pleased with the JCore workout program.  I really, really love the workout.  I can feel how strong I am getting and I love that.  I wake up every day with more energy and the workouts get easier to do.  I also must be getting better nutrition because I am noticing some unexpected changes - my fingernails have grown in stronger.  I feel like that has to be a result of eating breakfast regularly now instead of having a diet soda.

I am happy with the changes I see in my body.  I try not to obsess over the numbers - I can tell my body composition has changed.  I can especially see this in my arms and upper body - there is so much more definition now. 

After doing the workouts consistently, I feel better not only physically, but mentally too.  It really gives me a feeling of pride that I've been able to dedicate myself to the program and work hard to achieve a lifestyle change.

 “Before starting Cardio Core I was a carb-o-holic and now that I have drastically limited my carb intake — replacing with more protein, veggies and fruit — I'm not even craving carbs as much. It's incredible.” The suggested menus are also very helpful.  “I'm 100 percent on the way to accomplishing my weight loss and toning goals.

I also have notice more definition in my stomach which was one of my goals. I'm truly impressed and happy with the results so far I definitely feel tighter in my upper body and felt inches melt away from my inner thighs. Overall my body feels toner and my energy level is through the roof! I was with my whole family last week at a football tailgate, and they couldn't believe the difference 10 pounds made. My mom is a high-energy fitness person and really noticed a transformation. They were also so impressed by my will power at the tailgate, avoiding the fatty foods and sticking to veggies and grilled chicken — with some fruit for desert! my boyfriend can't believe the results so far. I keep telling him to take me somewhere tropical so I can get that bikini back on! 

It's not only effective but efficient. It only takes a little space and 20 minutes a day. Even the busiest person can dedicate that time. Everyone owes it to themselves.

As for the diet plan — it's smart! Just be conscious of what your putting into your body. It will have positive effects on other aspects of your life. Even my mind feels clearer.

JCore was a small miracle for me. In 6 short weeks I lost 12 lbs and 8.5" cumulative inches on my body. After making adjustments in my eating habits and working out 4 times a week for only 20 minutes a day- my entire body was transformed and my before and after photos looked like 2 different people. I never would have believed this was possible in such a short time. I feel great and look the best I have in years. Im even looking FORWARD to bikini season! This is a program that I will follow for life.

I love the program. I actually LOOK FORWARD to eating my meals and doing the workouts. I have been active all of my life. This has been hands down the most effective program I have ever done. I'm 36 years old and am in the BEST shape of my life! I am ecstatic about my results. As I said, I'm in the best shape of my life, and will MOST DEFINITELY accomplish my VERY LOFTY GOALS in just 6-weeks' time! Overall, I feel more powerful and more in control. My tighter and stronger core has given me so much more than cosmetic results. I have better posture and less pain from every day chores such as working 9 hours a day at a desk, or going for a jog and working out. I have more stamina, higher energy levels and am overall just a happier person since trying Jay's program... Everyone I've come across, from friends and acquaintances and even family member remark how much weight I've lost. They say "I can see your jawbone again! You look great!" Lol. The only problem now is having to buy a new wardrobe. :-) I really feel that Jay and this program have given me the jump start I needed to take back control of my life! We all have problems and pressures we have to deal with, from family and job responsibilities to our every-day obligations we are responsible for. There is NO reason to ever neglect your health. Too often in life people do that, and they make excuses such as "There aren't enough hours in the day to take care of ME." That's B.S.!!! Now there is more than enough time.

Jay's program is only 20 MINUTES per day... 20 minutes of "ME TIME" that you most deserve... I put myself first for a change, if only for 20 minutes per day. And just 6 short weeks - loo at what I have accomplished! We'll let the results speak for themselves... :)

The JCore System is incredibly effective and I believe it is the ideal kick-start for ANYONE looking to get in better shape. No weights, no magical machines, or anything. Follow Jay's 20 minute workout, follow the diet and you're good to go. I feel much lighter. I've been working out for years, but never felt this good. I feel lighter, healthier and not lost any strength. It is pretty amazing! So I'm lighter, more toned and still strong, not a bad deal. People have started to notice. It becomes apparent when I see folks who I have not encountered in a while.

My fiancé said I was glowing. He said my mood was much happier and he noticed I had started to sing in the shower again." Also my sister said "you look great! What are you doing?" The results are noticeable quickly. The motivation comes from seeing results so quickly and wanting to see more. This work out doesn't inhibit you with soreness. I feel like my goals are readily attainable with the help of Jay and all the resources you have been given.

The eating plan was very effective. I never realized that the exclusion of bread and cheese would impact my diet so much. I'm happy with the goals I have achieved so far. I definitely feel lighter on my toes and much stronger. Before this program I could barely do 1 push up. Its hard to believe my own endurance, I'm definitely back in my skinny jeans. & my friend said if I stood sideways she wouldn't be able to see me. LOL People who know me well have commented on how I look & I've explained I'm doing a 20 minute workout and it is AMAZING! It has re-lit my fire to be physically active.

JCore is without a doubt the healthiest and most honest program on the fitness market today and it WORKS! A balanced, nutritious, fresh, personal, and maintainable diet plan and 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week for 40 days, no more and no less, and you WILL see results. I loved the challenge of it. 40 days made the program attainable. I was amazed at how adaptable the routines were. No weights, no equipment - literally ANYONE and EVERYONE can participate and benefit from JCore regardless of your age, gender, abilities, and fitness level. Even with modifications I lost 19 lbs and 2 clothing sizes in 6 weeks and have been able to maintain my new weight and size since finishing the program. In a world where we spend much of the day doing for others, worrying about work, beating ourselves up over the little things, it was such a relief and joy to own 20 simple minutes for myself. The JCore program is empowering.  It’s challenging yet fun and something anyone can do.  Jay is a fantastic trainer who has a gift when it comes to motivating and encouraging you to achieve your goals.  I lost more than 20 lbs and 14 inches in only 6 weeks…this program really works!

JCore has put me in the best shape of my life!  It’s a quick and effective workout that brings HUGE results.  I lost 14.4 pounds and 11 cumulative inches in a short 40 days.  I am a size I haven’t been in years, I’m toned and most importantly I feel fabulous.  The JCore program and its results have provided me with a new found confidence that I didn’t know I had.  The program fits into my lifestyle and is something I will follow for years.

The best way for me to summarize the JCORE program is efficient and effective.  I have a fairly busy schedule, so having a total body workout I can complete in 20 minutes a day is right up my alley.  Jay’s moves are challenging but manageable.  I like the variety of moves and exercises and found the entire program amazing.   I have recommended JCORE to several friends and colleague and the feedback has been very positive.   Having tried other DVD exercise programs, I particularly like this one because of the minimal time commitment and the amazing results I saw in just 40 short days.

Simply put… JCore is awesome. Now weeks after completing the program, I still find I am going back to the core exercises again and again, and the diet plan continues to help me keep attention on what goes into my body. Most important of all, though, was the inspiration I got from Jay’s enthusiasm and motivation. He was always so genuine in his pursuit and his goals for our team.  I’m very grateful for his infectious spirit, warmth and hard work.
