- I brought the complete set, as I am a personal trainer and wanted to see what was new in the fitness world. The colors of Lime Green is catchy with the branding and Jay is kinda cute. He is not infomerically-like the guy that is trying to push everything on you!!! :-) Well, I enjoyed the program setup and the easy to follow guide. Mr. Jay, I will be stealing these moves for my group-X classes!!! Maybe, even fora session, or two, or three.....LOL! From another industry professional, this is a Must for anyone needing a simple, intense workout for a fraction of the time. Jonie
