- I'm on my 30th day and I'm convinced that JCORE works. I feel energized when I'm done and I'm on my way to losing the 15lbs I wanted off. I think I'm on this for life. I would suggest the chocolate Body lite becasue vanilla was not that good, otherwise i give this an A+
