Perfect Workout for clients**** As, a fitness professional I am always searching for the new thing to share with my clients. I have been working as a personal trainer (now manager) for over 11 years. I buy all of the top dvd programs and use stuff from fitness magazines and online fitness sites. These workouts work perfectly for my clients when we don't have much space to train. And they love the moves. I like the fact that I don't have to use weights. My clients appreciate this as well. I can better work on their form. While they can not worry about injury and can do the exercises at home. I simply just write down the exercise name and they can do the exercise at home when we do not train. Jay is a motivator and someone that I replicate and hope to earn a position like him in the future. I submit of videos on youtube. And do the moves in Jcore. If you guys are looking for the another trainer. I have the programs down and even see the difference in my body. Jcore is what world and is perfect workout for any trainer or client needing to get in shape.
