- i was surprised to find the results that this program gave me in 20 minutes. i was an avid gym goer for years/shakes/diet/the whole gym thing was not working and getting to a point where i was just not getting results. effort was not paying off. time. i saw jcore in a fitness mag and figured someone in a mag must know they were doing. i feel like i wasted a lot of effort for years. got results and a body that i wanted for years. product is legit and works. save me money/time and i dont have to starve myself. product legit.
