I brought the complete set, as I am a personal trainer and wanted to see what was new in the fitness world. The colors of Lime Green is catchy with the branding and Jay is kinda cute. He is not infomerically-like the guy that is trying to push everything on you!!! :-) Well, I enjoyed the program setup and the easy to follow guide. Mr. Jay, I will be stealing these moves for my group-X classes!!! Maybe, even fora session, or two, or three.....LOL! I'm on my 30th day and I'm convinced that JCORE works. I feel energized when I'm done and I'm on my way to losing the 15lbs I wanted off. I think I'm on this for life. I would suggest the chocolate Body lite becasue vanilla was not that good, otherwise i give this an A+ (Posted on 12/6/12)

today marks my 21st day.
